The next few images are from my cycle tour along the west coast of Scotland for a fortnight. It was hard to select a few images from the couple of hundred pictures to sum up the wild beauty of the place. During this bicycle tour, distance covered was over 350Km and a total elevation of hills cycled up was greater than Mount everest.

Love the photos! Did you find cycling in Scotland easy? Were the drivers respectful? Sometimes I felt the drivers were a bit crazy!

The trick was to keep the momentum gained from going downhill to get up the next one. The roads and traffic were good and considerate apart from the main A87 on the isle of skye, that was scary but there was no other route. When we needed to cycle that bit of the road we left really early in the morning to miss the traffic.
